I've seen it from the outside and it looks lovely to me. I don't know if the Hyatt could ever afford to slip below the world wide Hyatt standard but I haven't stayed there myself. The security is pretty much on par with Club Med by the looks of it and the grounds look very green, open and well cared for.
Thats my opinion from the outside, I have never stayed there but always stay in Sanur which is a lovely part of Bali when you have kiddies.
