We have stayed there 5 times and love it. Excellent staff and facilities only downside is like a lot of big hotels food and drink is a bit pricey ( but great food ) the small cafe next door towards the beach has great meals and down the road on the other side is The Watering Hole, run by Agung and Sue, good food and ICY cold Bintang, also good for laundry.
