Yes we nearly bought it as well but they got in first. It is nearly at the end of the bay, beachfront. 14 rooms, cold water. The restaurant was not very nice last time we were there, and people were eating at where we stay but that may have improved now. We stay at Puri Nusa which is about two doors down, both about the same. Basic and cheap, should be arounf 50,000rp per room
