... remember they are mainly hindu/buddhist (the Balinese hindu is a bit of a mix of both), then the next would be muslims, then christians, so easter its not an issue to them - if anything the hotels usually try and have some kind of easter theme.
We have been at easter last year, have been at christmas time, and are going again easter this year. So everything is open - this time is not and issue at all - have fun :)
