I think it would be an idea to let them know via e-mail. Sounds like a massive change and $100 price rise sounds a little bit rich. I do see the need for such a lovely, up market restaurant in Bali so we can spoil ourselves but they need to keep it real. They have such a huge wrap on websites and this forum especially so it would be dissappointing to see it go off the rails.
Its always good to let them know though, its just so important to keep your customers happy.
