I once did a bit of research into the copyright laws and this was my understanding of it. I'm no lawyer, so my interpretation would certainly not have been comprehensive, but the general gist seemed quite clear. Personal not mentioned, but commerical purposes definitely mentioned.
It'd be great if someone could definitively come back to the forum with an answer! I'm sure there are some legal types out there.
