We stayed at the Rama Beach Resort & Spa last July & felt it was great value for money.
We had interconnecting deluxe rooms for our family.
The pool is just gorgeous.
Tennis court and pool table also available.
Staff friendly.
Breakfast more than adequate. (Only needed to eat twice daily - didn't bother with lunch!)
Brand new upmarket deluxe villas that were being built at the time are probably now finished and open for business. We looked through a couple of those - though much more expensive, they were very luxurious, often with their own plunge pool in private walled outdoor area of your own.
Location is fantastic: walking distance to Kuta along beach or 3min taxi ride to Kuta, across the road from beach, opposite Pantai Restaurant - highly recommended, watch the sunset (why go to Jimbaran Bay!) Also next door to Green Garden Hotel, who have a rooftop restaurant overlooking beach - again bargain price, wonderful food and has live entertainment several times a week.
I highly recommend the Rama Beach as great value!
