It's not for spreading misinformation.
There is no current law against public kissing or unmarried cohabitation. Every informed article about this topic talks about "if this bill is passed" then what will happen in the future is yadda yadda.
If you have a link to any contrary information, or an Act number, please post it.
All the information I have seen states that the revised bill has to pass SBY's approval before being passed on to the DPR, where it will be debated for the next few years.
This proposed law was included in the previous draft of the proposed bill, but was not a law. Is not a law. Will not be a law.
If it was already a law, most of the BTF forumites would be posting their messages from jail.
