Vila Rumah Manis/Vila Lumbung

We are 2 families of 5 (no little Kids) and are looking at staying at either Vila Rumah Manis or Vila Lumbung. We would like some feedback on facilities and standard of both hotels and location in regard to shopping and restaurants.
