I would just like to tell everyone in Adelaide how helpful David and Les from Golden Bali travel were to us during our last trip in September, last year.
We bought a painting at the Artist village which cost us A$300 and the night we went to leave, I was really sick with a gastro virus that was going around, (not Bali Belly.). Golden Bali have their own drivers in Bali and one of them came to collect us at 10.30 p.m. to take us to the Airport. My husband was busy organising the bags and my 14 year old was in charge of the Painting.
We got all the way through Immigration and nearly to the departure lounge when my son realised that he had left the painting in the Van. My husband was yelling, my son was nearly in tears and I was too sick to care at that point.
I want back to the phone and rang their driver who said that he would come back to the airport but I explained that we had already gone through immigration and could he take it back to the office.
In December, when David went up to Bali again, he bought our painting back for us. We are very appreciative and know that, if we had been going with another bigger travel agent, we would have lost our painting. Having those staff in Bali is certainly a great service to their customers.
So we have just booked with Golden Bali and found, as usual, that their rates are very competative and we know that there service is second to none.
