melasti beach resort in the Spa on Jalan Padma Utara in Legian. Ketut the manageress does them, uses OPI products from USA.
Also Baliku recently posted about a woman who will come to your hotel and do them or you can go to her. So if you search the archives or possibly do a post to Baliku's attention asking if she can give you the details.
Someone has said part of the January archives are missing, but type in her name in the search and her posts should come up.
Hope this is of some help. Sorry cant remember the prices I paid last year for refills at Melasti Beach Resort Spa, but i think it was about $25 AUD and mine were in a state of disrepair.
I have her card somewhere but not at hand at the moment.
