Sim card help please

I have seen on the forum, if 200.000rp is paid on a sim card after it's purchased, it will be valid for 6 months. Poor Colleen walked her legs off trying to find such a sim card service and was told no matter how much money is paid on a sim card, it will only valid for 2 months.
I have searched the forum and can't find the post that has all this information. Can anyone help me on this please
