rp.300,000. for a car (big car enough for 7 ppl) and a driver plus petrol for your route (extra rp.100,000 for early morning trip),another rp.400,000 for a guide to batur volcano's top (guide outside of this area not allowed to bring people there),so it's around 130 au$ with today's rate...that tour still cost too much,if you depart from kuta area it's imposible to reach the top before sunrise if you leave at 4 am (kuta to batur lake takes about 2,5 hours)and to climb batur takes about 2,5 hours if you are in very fit condition.and sun rises at around 6 o clock...can u see it possiblity to do that?
dunno where you get this package out but i think it's only normal tour without trekking.anyway...have fun!
