No I haven't stayed there, but i went to look at it when they were building (work), the villas are fine, i don't think they have go a restaurant but it was half built when i was there 3 yrs ago, closest beach will be jimbaran about 3-4 k's closest shopping will be nus dua 5-6k's. when i looked at it it was villas for sale i didn't realise they were going to do hoilday lets. hope it's some help. it will be nice an cool now with the wind, it's too hot near the beach!!
