The old suites are BIG & I mean absolutely Huge ! I reckon that they would be even bigger than the room we had 7 years ago at the Patra Jasa when we went with both of our kids & we thought that was big.The old suites are really close to the old pool which has the swim up bar & also the pool where most families congregrate.We could sit on the vernadah & our son could still call out to us & vice versa.You can't see the kids in the pool cause of plants & bushes but it's good being so close.I will check which ground floor room we had to let you know - it was terrific,anyway it will be in my JBR when I get to it.
I even made a comment re the room being big enough for a party at S & S about this & I think it may have been Roo Ted who said "Well why haven't you had one yet ?
I have heaps of photos.Once again - here I go with an excuse but we have only got back & hubby is still getting over his dose of BB ( & they women are the weaker sex).He's the one that does the camera /computer thing.We have not downloaded /uploaded our photos onto the computer yet BUT I expect it will be done over the weekend.If you send me an email I can send them to you a few at a time.
From what the staff told me even though you could probably fit 4 kids in the room as well as parents they only like to have 2 kids.These rooms also can intercoonnect through the wardrobe so if you had 2 families or group of friends going together it would be ideal.
The main difference between the old & new suites is the old suites have a proper partition/sliding door ,although it doesn't go right up to the ceiling ( would cut off airconditioning) a bit of light still filters through to the lounge area where the kids sleep.Our son thought it was great to have his own room & so did we.The new suites are just a tad smaller but have a bigger & a bit more modern bathroom & only have a curtain to divide the 2 areas up.I promise that when we get organised I will send the pphoto's through to Mic for her site so they can be easily accessed.
