I use the internet to book and pay for almost everything these days but have had nothing but trouble with the Qantas website. After being informed online that no seats were available for a particular flight leg I called the FF customer service and they managed to book me on the said booked up leg. And the automatic telephone service is the worst I've ever come across. You say "Yes" and it says "Did you say 'No'?". I abused the f****** thing after 5 mins of verbal mayhem and called customer service. God help us all with increased reliance on the internet and automated telephone services. And a big "Booooo!" to Qantas for penalising people with FF points for using customer service. Customer disservice!!
