You can take vibrators to Bali without any problems, We do all the time we travel anywhere including Bali. We simply take the Batteries out of toys and keep them seperate. I feel you will be safe. Even if you have to take them out to show customs They'll be more Shocked than you.
What are they going to do, put you in jail, I don't think so. There Adult toys. If they ask tell them its for you neck, a message machine.
