Whatever you want to say about Indonesia's court system, at least Corby didn't have to wait years for her trial, and at least she was charged with something, unlike Mr Habib and hundreds of people still rotting in Guantanamo Bay. Indonesia has tried and convicted more than 40 terrorists. The US has started proceedings on less than five. Most of the detained suspects have not yet been charged. Now THAT's archaic (in a modern way -- call it neo-archaism).
