Personally I would not bother with a pram at all.. You can buy from Matahari's for about $30 each & they are much better, leave there at the Hotel or with a friend you will no doubt make.
Your kids will be fussed over all the time, Taxi's are so cheap & I'd use them to get around, I'd also look at getting the kids babysat so I could do a proper shop.
I use a Vaseline brand of moisturiser, insect repellant & sunlotion all in one, I got mine from a chemist, for sensetive kids skin.
Definately take creature comforst from home, Nappies are available there, I take cordial, jellies etc too. Also biscuits & various other goodies that kids will like.
As for vaccinations ask your GP. Our daughter has been vaccinated for Hep A & B, but we stay for longer holidays in hubbies village...
Take stuff so the kids can play in the pool too, like floaties etc, it really wears them out!!!!
