the twin pram probably won't fit on the walkways or JUST fit, but the walkways aren't exactly intact all the time.... not sure what is better to do here, as you have 3 kids under 3!! The 3 year old will get very tired walking everywhere. I think the nappies are ok over there, but we always take our own, we fill the surfboard bag with them. Speak to GP re needles. My little one had a few at 2.5yrs old, and this year we are taking over a 14 mth old too, so I am about to speak to my GP re needles or the like.
When you get over there, hire a dvd player, it is fantastic for the kids during the hot part of the day, or for a bit of a rest time!! DVD's so cheap you will more than likely get some, and you can play them whilst there - it's a lifesaver.
It's a lot of fun with the kids, although a different holiday to going on your own.
Maybe take some home treats they like, not EVERYTHING is available over there, and sometimes, like me, they just want something that they usually have at home. We were armed with a jar of vegemite and peanut butter, although you can get vegemite over there and most restaurants now have vegemite, but not hardly any had peanut butter.
Take plenty of sun screen and mossie repellent.
