are very very cheap in KL. We called a cab on the street told the driver we wanted to drive past all the tourist attractions so we could decide where we would like to return to. The driver stopped at the palace, the railway station ( beautiful building) and other places. We enjoy architecture but he showed us other stuff, where to shop, eat etc.
We had the cab for over an hour and the cost was peanuts unlike Penang which is rip off prices ;( I mean for taxis, everything else in Penang is great!
