Do all the usual tourist things...chinatown, Petronas Towers....make sure you get to the towers early if you want to go to the viewing platform. The tickets are free but they only allocate so many each day and they go fast. All the locals eat at what they call Hawkers stalls.....the food is incredibly cheap and delicious...you can usually find them either in the basemant or the top floor of the large shopping complexes. Save your dvd shopping for Bali though as we found the prices in KL were double or even triple what you pay in Bali...and the quality was pretty much the same (although they tried telling us theirs were much better!) KL is very different to Bali...I have been twice to KL...was not impressed the first time but loved it the second time around. Have a great time!
