just remember you are on holidays and that it is a huge experience for your family!!
We did have problems with Jasper wanting to grab and hold his feet in the pram and then, of course, hands go into mouth. That is probably where he got any bugs...
We also just bought him a little ice cream or cold juice really often to keep him hydrated and the pram was a definitely good idea because we could chuck him into a bemo without taking him out of the pram
Just let them wander on the flight, they cant hurt anyone after all.
