Just returned last week from my 8th trip to Bali, 6 of these have been to the Sheraton Laguna and all I can say it is the best hotel in Bali by far. Service is excellent and room service meals are superb. When you arrive send my regards to Sutika in the Sapphire Bar, he will treat you like royalty.
