We had a bedspread and pillows made in sari fabric. There are two colours available in Bali. SuperPillow (everywhere) will make them up to your specs. Do beware though. The fabric "pulls" easily and we had to have a seam to make the quilt big enough for a queen and it is still too small really. Also, make sure the cotton underneath layer (I paid more to have double sari fabric) matches the tones of the silk you select (I think there are two colours available) and that it is the same size and doesn't pull the top (silk) layer out of shape.
All in all I don't think I would go that route again, although I do love the fabric. It is not that cheap and you can buy such gorgeous fabrics even at places like K mart etc.
