if you do a search on the forum you will find that in the last couple of weeks people have asked the same question. I stayed there last year when I went to Bali by myself. I found it more than suitable for my needs given that I was travelling by myself - I stayed in a Deluxe Room. It is a quieter hotel and thats because its smaller than most hotels. The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was great. I only recall eating one evening meal there and that too was fine. It is very quiet at night, with most people opting to eat out (thats what Bali is about!!!) The location is perfect if you want to hit the streets for shopping straight away! It is down a laneway right next to the Bali Memorial. Watch out for Donna, her husband and her friends in the laneway as they tend to hassle you to buy something from their little shop situated just before the hotel. However if you make no promises, or even better just buy something small from her she tends to leave you alone! The only negative thing I would say is that on my second last night a group of Bank people were booked in for a conference which was at the hotel and they were very loud in the pool at 11.30 at night, but it was a one off and so I didnt mind too much about it. The room was cleaned spotless everyday and I would definitely stay there again.
