and next time I'm booking the most scummy basic lead in hotel/minimum package & not staying at the hotel but going to my own arranged accommodation.
Don't care if I have paid for it as overall it's still cheaper than airfare alone & I dislike changing hotels during the holiday.
Will drop off vouchers though.
