transport from airport

we have always arranged for transport from the hotel so far, but I wonder if it is possible to find cheap transport from airport without prior arrangements?
Our family arrives on different flights this time and we don't want the driver from the hotel to maybe wait for hours as one of the flights might be delayed.
We'll be going to Novotel in Tanjung Benoa
