Is puri raja good for first timers?

Just wondering if the puri raja would be good for my parents to stay at as it would be my mums first time to bali and she wants a relaxing holiday.

Can anyone provide a link to the hotel as well?

Also can someone tell me what they have paid for taxis to central kuta, when i was last there a taxi from kuta to jayakarta cost me around 8000 IDR.
