My wife and I were walking along the streets of Kuta around 8pm enjoying the hustle and activity and looking to buy a few things as we strolled. One of the hawker's with the cart that was selling kid's toy's and furry animals ect passed and I stopped him to have a look, took a fancy to a spinning top that lit up in different colours as it spun.A beautiful little girl that was sitting with her mum in a shop door also came close to look at the top spin and couldent stop gigilling. I bought 2 top's 1 for my son at home and then asked the mother's permission to give the little girl the other one, whitch she was very greatfull to accept. That was when I saw the little boy who had been hidden behind his mum and was now making himself visible, well the hawker had went on his merry way so I gave the young lad the other top. The look's of joy and the laughter from those 2 young kid's brought a lump to wy wife and I's throat and it's a memory we recall often. Amazing the joy you can get buy giving such a simple thing as spinning tops...Ronnie
