We take about $2500 between two for two weeks. That usually does us for cabs everywhere, drivers for a few days trips, eating out at the best restaurants for many meals and the usual shopping stuff such as DVDs.
Out biggest expense is always the restaurants. Places such as Lamak, Ary's Warung and Mozaic are going to cost you around $50 per head inclusive of wine. That's exorbitant when compared to other Bali eats, but nothing when compared to what you'd pay in the better restaurants around Australia.
