I would always prefer to arrange my own driver rather than an organised tour in Bali, you get flexability, first hand knowledge and a cheaper rate.
Try using Wayan Sukadana , he is a licensed tour guide but works for himself. He has extensive knowledge of the whole island and will take you to places that are not on the normal tourist route as well as the popular sites. He has great English and is very good company. Call him on 081 2380 6187
