Hi Prof.,
A currency converter you will find on the top of this site right beneath
the goose'crap ;-)
I don't understand your question, do you want to exchange Won into Ruphias in Korea - think this is not a good idea.
Do you want to exchange Won into U$ now, to take the dollars to Bali -
this is also not a good idea.
You like to speculate how the dollar will develop the next three months ?
Fine - buy some calls on Euro or Swiss Franc :-)
Mr. Greespan made pretty clear, that the US Fed will do nothing to increase the value of the US Dollar, of course not.
The EU would like to stop this development but we cannot, because there is no volume of money available to give really an effect, so the dollar will continue to drop (makes the war cheaper for Bush).
I would buy NOW traveler cheques in EURO in your case, forget the Dollar.
Although it doesn't make a big difference, if you will get 300.000 Rps more or less, experts here expect the Euro up to 1,50 U$, now its at 1,33 U$, but never trust experts in money things ;-)
regards
Thorsten
