We stayed the entire 7 nights at the Intercontinental. For shopping convenience it would have been better to be in Legian area for a couple days..but for relaxation..Jimbaran was great. We hated to leave. My husband (especially since not feeling so well, had that bug which he picked up in Japan just before we left) was best off sitting right in the chairs in front of the beach.
