I think our experience may have been a fluke. If your bath water isn't very warm..and it isn't particularly hot..ask them to return in 10 minutes maybe. 20 min..which stretched into 30 was too long. We were in the last room on the right..(it had a name but I don't recall). Perhaps the showers heat better in the others.
