Tetanus for obvious reasons. Also Hep A. You can get that anywhere. You just need some contaminated water.
I know someone who got Hep A in Bali. It's not worth the risk for the sake of a jab. If you have the follow up it lasts 10 years (as mentioned). Only thing is it's not cheap. But I made sure my kids (and us) were up to date before we went anywhere.
It's like travel insurance. You hope you don't need it but is it worth the risk. This is your health you're talking about.
