Nothing extravagant. I didn't know what to take..Helen suggested colored pencils..and I bought two boxes..which worked out well as I'm sure her little brother will get one. Pencil sharpeners.. Jump rope..Japanese gummis (candy). Multi colored pen. Peanuts notebook. Regular pencils. Japanese osenbei (rice crackers). Only winter clothes available here now ..but I'd have gotten the wrong size anyway as she is so small. I think perhaps a soccer ball would have been good. ?
They have so little that I guess any gift is unusual.
