He has been married to a Balinese girl for over 6 years and they have bought a house about 5 minutes drive from Seminyak. He knows I love to go to Bali for holidays and asks me each time I'm there if I would like to live there. I always tell him "No". Holidays are a lot different to permanent.
He is a highly skilled tradesman in a wanted trade. He comes back to Australia 2 or 3 times a year in response to tempting short term contracts offered to him by Perth companies. He would find it difficult, if not impossible, to get work in Bali and anyway, as he puts it, he will not work for a week for less money than he gets here in an hour.
But I would suggest you get the facts straight from the horse's mouth. Contact KantorKita [the VIPVoA company]. They also have an employment agency and can advise you on working visa requirements etc.
