If you have paid in full & then the airfare and/or accommodation increases you do not have to pay the increase.
If you have only paid the deposit then yes you may be up for the increase.
That usually depends on whether there is a deadline to pay in full (so you don't incur the increase) & whether your agent notified you in time of the increase & deadline.
I'd be asking why there is a price increase in airfares & what it consists of.
Was it because the agent forgot to include seasonal supplements, increase in levies, taxes etc?
Quotes/prices are not binding until paid in full.
