you can get prices if you go to the indonesian websites for garuda or merpati. i plan on flying from bali to somewhere in java for a day trip or maybe even overnight.
I think by the looks of things its easier and most likely cheaper to turn up and book it.
And then you can be sure there is no comission on top.
