together with details of when we were arriving, where we were staying and the phone number. He phoned the day we arrived and delivered the following day at exactly the time we arranged. He only gave us discs that were good quality so towards the end of the week we managed to pick up the rest from other dvd shops (and he was right - the quality of these ones was poor.) He also managed to get the X-Box games we wanted.
