Yes we did buy lots of stuff. I bought 6 pairs of shoes. Could have bought more but my husband couldn't understand why I needed them. Men!! Mataharis had the best shoes..met two aussie ladies there who must have bought 10 or 12 pairs each in one sitting. I am a size 8 so I have king kong feet in Bali but still managed to get some. If your feet are smaller you should be able to get heaps. The dearest pair i bought in mataharis were 119000rp or $18 aus - dear for Bali but nor for aus and the cheapest were 49000rp or $7 aus. I did buy some jewellery shell necklaces and bead bracelets etc but I already had some at home so didn't go berserk. Can't remember what I paid for them sorry because we bought a heap all together. I think it was $15 aus for 4 necklaces 6 bracelets. Probably got ripped off but I was happy and that is the main thing. Oh and bought some joggers at the Athletes foot in Mataharis about nike for me $70 aus and asic gel for my husband at about $80 aus not sure if that is a good price or not but as I said we were happy!!
