in the older section, there are 4 rooms per building, 2 on each floor. The one room has a king bed, the opposite adjoining room has twin beds.. BUT.. in this section (used to be called the suite rooms) there is ample room for a rollaway in the closed off front foyer room... and another rollaway in the main room which might suit the 3 year old. The newer suite rooms up near reception are very well appointed, but slightly smaller, so 2 rooms adjoining would be more comfortable in this section.
