Very easy to get taxi from kuta to anywhere, even in the morning. The best way to go to elephant park is to get a driver. There are three elephant parks in bali, the closest is in petang, with ayung. We did our ubud tour and including going to the elephant park, so you will save money and time, doing mixing tour with elephant. Hope it may help you.
