If you have bad results followed by good results on some later shots I would suspect camera fog like Fee says. If you look at your lens you can see it. It seems to disappear in a few minutes from the lens but will still be inside on the mirror and even on the film for quite a bit longer.
If all of the photos on all of your films are crook I would suspect the shop that you use for your processing. Many are struggling for work and cut corners on their maintenance and chemical replenishment these days.
