I took a class in Bali, at Ananda Cottages in Ubud. It cost 50,000 Rp/person/hour. It was great fun but is not as easy as it looks. They use baby palm leaves an the part that looks like a tooth pick is actually part of the leave. I hope this helps. there may be other Hotels that offer the same sort of thing.
