Correct Mr Steve. It is really just a case of Balinese crapping on other Balinese. The sooner ALL bule tourists realize that this is a big con and black list the area, then the sooner the ecomomoic pain will be felt and the "good guys" will run these gangsters out of town, for the good of all.
