Nardyas in Jalan Kuta, near supernova is the best value for money beauty salon in Bali,in my opinion.
Mandi Lalur (massage and body scrub) is 70,000rp and the facial is 70,000rp. Takes about 3 hours for the both and is the best thing to do on your first day in Bali.
Have to book though as it is very popular with the locals.
Last day in Bali they do a cream bath using aloe vera and makes your hair soooo shiny.
