If you get through quickly great. If not just wait. I know it's hard with little ones. Our first trip with our kids took 1 1/2 hours and the nuilding was not air conditioned then. What fun that was. Especially as it was late at night. The kids were laying on the floor exhausted. Luckily things have improved since then.
I suggest one gets in the VISA line while the other goes to the immagration line with the kids. That way you can join the others in the immigration line after paying for the VISA and be further down the line. It's worth it, no matter how long you wait. I went through in 10 minutes in August.
