1. They have a laundry service but not a self serve laundry. It's quite expensive. Ask around while you were there and you'll find laundry services just outside the MBR that are much cheaper.
2. The breakfast menu back in March varied slightly each day. There was always fresh fruit platters, pastries toast etc. Then you can have eggs made however you like them. Then there was hot dishes such as noodles, potatoes, vegies, sausages etc. It was the hot dishes that were slightly different each day. I can't quite remember what time breakfast was but I think it was 7am to 9 or 10am. Someone might be able to confirm that.
3.We've had superior rooms both times and they mainly have hanging space. There was a small drawer in the cupboard and then in the bedside tables but they are not deep enough for clothes. We stacked our clothes on the shelf in the cupboard.
4. The first time we had room 327 in the old section. We loved it. The second time we were in the new section. The first night they didn't hae our room ready and we were on the ground floor by the pool an it was awful. The shower in the room above had leaked and the room smelt musty. Then we were moved to the top floor in the new section. It was ok, but the workmanship was quite dodgy and they drains had a terrible smell to them. We made sure we kept the bathroom door shut at all times. Then bought lots of fresheners for the bathroom. I'd be interested to read other peoples opinions of the new section.
5. The fridge is a bar fridge so there's not much space. You just make sure when you take a drink out you replace it. I think there was a tiny freezer in it but it only made things really cold, didn't really freeze.
6. Yes you'll have a balcony, only the standard rooms don't have balconies.
7. We liked room 327 on the top level but that's only our opinion. I wouldn't like to say request it as that was nearly 2 years ago.
